Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Inspector located in Lihue, HI. The Construction Inspector will be responsible for inspecting the quality of construction materials and workmanship, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with FAA and safety regulations. The Construction Inspector will also work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in construction, construction inspection, construction management or engineering
Excellent knowledge of soils, concrete, asphalt and other construction materials and methods
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Associate's degree or higher in Construction Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
