Well-established Hawaii general contractor specializing in diversified commercial construction (public and private) in need of educated, self-motivated project engineer/manager residing on Oahu with extensive background in estimating, competitive bidding, scheduling, budgeting, prime contract and subcontract administration, submittal and RFI processes, owner and subcontractor relations, material procurement, monitoring field work, project closeout.
Required qualifications include 4-year degree in construction management or engineering and 5 years related work experience, detail oriented, multi-tasker, strong computer, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills, ability to commute outer island on daily/weekly basis, obtain federal security clearance, and provide clean driving abstract and drug-free tests.
