The Ala Moana Hotel’s Banquet staff is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests who are hosting and attending a banquet function.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Set-up, service and breakdown of functions from the laying of tablecloths through the final stripping off of dirty linen.Organizes and maintains cleanliness in banquet storage and service area. Report any discrepancies regarding service area and equipment to the Banquet Captain.Uses the Catering order as a guide, sets up according to established departmental procedures.Attends pre-function meeting with supervisors and clarifies any questions with regard to service of food and beverage.
