Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist for an Educational Organization based in Honolulu, Hawaii. The selected individual will be a part of a collaborative team, ensuring smooth communication with clients, contractors, and administrative staff. This role involves providing assistance, answering inquiries, and maintaining records of all interactions in a structured manner.Responsibilities: Answering inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with clients, contractors, and administrative staff Using company websites and other resources to provide accurate information and assist callers Keeping detailed records of all calls, including the caller's information, inquiries, and the provided assistance for future reference Utilizing empathy and a positive attitude to handle customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience Maintaining proper phone etiquette and clear diction during all calls Handling data entry tasks, updating customer records as necessary Utilizing basic office equipment and Microsoft Office Suites for daily tasks Assisting in the resolution of any issues or misunderstandings by providing accurate information Documenting all actions and discussions for future reference.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or similar customer service role Proficient in basic office equipment use Demonstrated basic office skills, such as filing, sorting, and organizing Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a business like fashion Proven ability to deliver exceptional call center customer service Comfortable answering inquiries and resolving issues over the phone Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Excellent phone etiquette and clear diction Experience with documentation and record keeping Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Free parking provided!Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
