Job DescriptionAn enterprise client in Hawaii is seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join their team. This individual will help plan, design, and maintain solutions for the clients cyber security infrastructure to include network, systems, applications, operations technology. This individual will work alongside four Architects and support multiple areas of the business.Responsibilities will include:Research, evaluate, and recommend new security tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance the security posture.Design robust security architectures that are in alignment with the companys technology and business strategies, ensuring a secure and resilient IT environment.Create robust security structures that align with the companys technology and business strategies.Assist with migration initiatives from on prem to cloud (AWS/Azure)Proactively identify and assess potential security threats and vulnerabilities to the organizations systems.Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure data protection and compliance with regulations.Provide oversight and coordination for incident response and disaster recovery plans.Prepare reports and documentation on current security strategies, risks, and compliance for upper management.Work closely with IT and other departments to align security measures with organizational needs.Train staff members on network security issues, policies, and best practices (as needed)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
