Description:One of Hawaii's telecom companies is looking for a Desktop Technician to assist with their tier 2 support. Responsibilities:
Provide second-level support for Windows environment issues, including troubleshooting and resolving desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware problems.
Assist with software installations, configurations, and updates.
Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for network connectivity issues.
Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and task management (nice to have).
Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
