The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job. This is a remote position based in Hawaii (must reside in Hawaii). HPM Building Supply is hiring a Director of Paint to create and foster an experience that wows our customers. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Paint operations in the state of Hawaii, encouraging and providing direction to their teams, ensuring customer and financial targets are met, and continuously evaluating and improving operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record, a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of managing a multi-location Paint operation. QUALIFICATIONS
Five years of experience in paint industry
Ten years of management experience
Valid Driver's license
College degree in related field preferred but not required
Intermediate computer skills are required
