Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Oversees repairs by coordinating with internal & external stakeholders.
Manages material procurement & inventory.
Creates & manages work orders, ensuring timely completion.
Negotiates costs & trains vendors on procedures.
Maintains vendor files & processes invoices.
Reviews store history & issues preventative maintenance work orders.
Develops & maintains positive vendor relationships.
Recommends & assists with capital projects & budgets.
Manages building safety & security protocols.
Attends & documents project meetings.
Performs other assigned tasks.Skills and RequirementsEducation and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC preferred but not
required.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to multi-task.
Work independently without regular direct supervision.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills to work efficiently with line workers/laborers to executive staff.
Strong Microsoft Office skills Word and Excel.
Some lifting may be required based on assigned projects ranging from approximately 40 to 50
pounds.
Maintenance industry experience preferred.
Post - secondary education in Facilities Management preferred, but not required.
1-2 years of practical experience in facilities preferred, but not required.
Some travel may be necessary. null
