This is a combination Household Management and Personal Assistant position with some Landscaping duties for a 12 Acre property in South Kona with a small 1 bedroom house. Owner has and helps to run 2-3 businesses and needs assistance on a wide variety of tasks and projects. General duties are to help upkeep and complete miscellaneous projects on the property, household chores, running basic errands, and help with miscellaneous property,house, and business projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have own Vehicle & drive to meet at the property
Two 5 hour shifts per week, mornings preferred

Responsibilities:
Laundry & Dishes
Weed Wacking & Basic Gardening
General Cleaning
PO Box, Hardware store, Grocery, Garbage Errands
Helping complete different landscaping projects on the property and house maintenance and development projects
Loading and Unloading Vehicles and moving things around the property
Benefits :
$25 per hour + Gas
Raise potential in more hours and higher rate after 3 months of good performance
