Position Summary
Oversee analytics, financial reporting and forecasting for Loyalty, Partnerships, Travel Products, and Voice of the Customer (VOC)
Regularly review analytical output to ensure consistency in presentation and insights across multiple analysts
Collaborate with other analytical leaders to bring together disparate data sources for a 360 view of the business and customer
Identify shifts in Loyalty behaviors, Product engagement, and overall customer expectations to inform business case development
Work across departments and at all levels to influence change
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the reporting, analysis, and insights to support Loyalty, Partnerships, Travel Products, and Voice of the Customer
Maintain accurate and timely reporting and forecasting on product performance and key market drivers
Interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to Commercial stakeholders and senior leadership
Define and execute strategy for analytics, data and reporting to support business growth
Analyze and develop strategies to improve the performance of key products and initiatives
Prioritize analytical needs with business owners and allocate team resources across efforts
Manage and develop analysts across multiple time zones to deliver high quality output and meet agreed upon deadlines
Implement processes and procedures to ensure data quality and the highest level of accuracy
Promote collaboration in analysis and optimization across product lines and marketing channels
Work with departments across the Hawaiian Airlines organization to ensure sales and marketing placements and other touch points are being utilized successfully
Provide analysis to support business cases for product development and improvement, and help define requirements for implementation and reporting needs
Benchmark products in the marketplace, ensuring competitiveness and making recommendations for improvements
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience.
At least 3 years relevant work experience in analytical/quantitative roles such as market research, statistics, financial analysis, or consulting
Ability to analyze performance and results of products/initiatives and develop business cases for new business opportunities
Knowledge and understanding of financial accounting principles and forecasting
Track record of using analysis to drive results and improve performance
Proficient in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint and other analytical tools
Knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts, combined with knowledge of data marketing tools & analysis techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners and management
Ability to develop concise management presentations and supporting spreadsheets
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get things done in an informal work environment
Able to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate/advanced degree in quantitative/analytical discipline
Prior leadership experience with developing team members in a technical or analytical environment using JIRA or other task management systems
IT, programming or database management experience
Experience in the airline, hotel or online travel industries
E-commerce or direct marketing experience
Knowledge and understanding of Loyalty programs and currencies
Experience with project management and business case development
Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large data sets
Experience using data visualization tools, such as Tableau, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.
Experience with synthesizing VOC findings and identifying actions that will yield continuous improvements in the customer experience
