We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for preparing and applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces, delivering high-quality finishes that align with company standards and are completed within established timelines.Responsibilities:Complete painting work orders within designated timelines, including apartment turnoversPrepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and repairing drywall or surface imperfectionsEnsure all necessary repairs to drywall, doors, frames, and related hardware are completed prior to painting; coordinate with vendors as neededPaint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas in accordance with company standardsInspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes that meet safety and performance standardsMaintain tools, equipment, and clean, safe work areas at all timesDocument completed work and materials used as directedParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programsTravel between multiple properties as needed
