AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Honolulu, HI.You will be joining of a global team of 500+ maritime specialists who support on a wide range of maritime developments including container terminals, LNG facilities, waterfront developments, federal maritime facilities, cruise and ferry terminals, marinas and harbors as well as coastal schemes such as beach development and coastal protection schemes.Job Summary/Responsibilities:The role will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of small to large-scale Ports & Marine projects across the project lifecycle - from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration. Responsible for planning and managing project staffing requirements, reporting project performance, and identifying and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.Manages one or more complex projects, involving a combination of the following projects involving a full spectrum of engineering services offered by AECOM.Provides project and technical task management for one or more simultaneous projects.Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and makes recommendations.Reviews contracts, prepares fee proposals, and project execution strategies.Manages sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverable, and performance.Good presentation and communication skills in English. Good report and proposal writing skills.Client Relationships: Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements.Team leadership: good team leadership skills. Self-starter, energetic, pro-active.Strong Team player.
