Coffman Engineers is seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to assist our team in defining a project, developing a set of tasks to accomplish the project, coordinate and monitor the work involved in the tasks, and deliver a final product on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multi-discipline engineering team, and successfully work with others to achieve goals.What you will be responsible for:Supervise and manage a small to medium‐sized multidiscipline design or construction project with supervision.Maintain favorable business relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Make routine project decisions regarding design and contracts.Involvement in client, civic or professional groups.Understand budget, schedule, and quality aspects as related to design and construction projects.Good verbal, written and organizational skills.Possess computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and, if applicable, a working knowledge of computer‐aided drafting and Revit.Performs other duties as may be assigned.
