In this role, your leadership will be instrumental in improving processes, optimizing systems, and identifying best-in-class practices. This highly visible position will be at the forefront of scaling our credit, collections and billing processes.With your expertise, you will lead a team across multiple time zones to scale and automate day to day operations, month-end close activities, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. With your leadership, you will directly contribute to improved operational efficiency, accuracy, and performance.The ideal candidate has at least eight years of experience in collections and billing in enterprise SaaS. You should have experience from high growth, publicly traded companies. If you are passionate about driving results and optimizing processes within credit, collections and billing, we invite you to join us in this pivotal role.This position will report to the Director of Finance Transformation and have frequent collaboration with the Revenue Operations, FP&A, Sales, Treasury and Tax team members.What You Will Do:

Oversee and manage day to day operations and global team of billing and collections

Establish enhanced policies (credit, allowance, etc.) that mitigates company risk and exposure

Own deliverables to internal and external auditors that are complete and accurate

Own and present monthly and quarterly accounting close materials (AR reconciliations, bad debt, AR and billing metrics)

Manage billing and collections escalations from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner while upholding and maintaining the interest of the company

Analyze billing and collections data to identify trends and opportunities to inform data-driven decisions and initiatives

Engage with leadership to provide visibility into key metrics and related trends

Partner with FP&A and Treasury to develop accurate collections targets

Provide thought leadership to drive end to end accounts receivable initiatives and enhancements

Represent the interests of billing and collections in cross functional projects

Continuously evaluate and evolve billing and collections processes in conjunction with overall changes in the business

What You Will Bring:

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in collections and billing in enterprise SaaS

Strong communication skills required - the ability to understand and articulate existing processes and challenges in order to drive towards solutions with cross functional teams is critical

Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective

Understanding of month end close, GAAP, SOX and audit concepts and requirements

Proven track record of leading successful billing and collections teams

Confidence in a highly visible role

This position has an annual estimated salary of $130,200 - $153,000, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
