The Senior Plumbing PRO is crucial in ensuring that our plumbing projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the Senior Plumbing PRO will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging their technical expertise to identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the development of strategic sales initiatives. The typical schedule for our Senior Plumbing PRO is:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

With some travel and weekends work based on projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in plumbing, including significant experience in take-offs, bidding, project management, and sales or business development

Valid driver's license required

Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications (e.g., Journeyman, Master Plumber)

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Plumbing Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
