OverviewDue to the size and complexity of the INDOPACOM theater of operations, HII/Fulcrum requires a single point of contact to provide a conduit from the Contractor workforce to the customer COR, that person will be designates as the Site Lead. Responsibilities Oversees the day-to-day management and administration of contract personnel, project tasks, work plans, schedules, and interact continually with the Government COR and any appointed Technical Representative (TR). Fill in for vacant positions and provide back up support to the Government as needed. Act as the Government's primary point of contact to manage services support, responsible for contract performance and performance quality. Ensure customer policies and procedures meet contract standards and review all deliverables before they are delivered to the Government.Manage BudgetTrack deliverablesSupport and direct teamPresent to government; reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage change when necessary to meet government requirements. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:10 years of experience providing direct support to SOF units or commands10 years of experience providing operations or intelligence analysis, leadership, and management services; supervising and training subordinates; addressing emerging project requirement4 years of TSOC Operations and Intelligence Experience5 years of experience in the INDOPACOM Area of ResponsibilityEducation:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience; OR Master's degree plus 2 years relevant experience. An additional 4 years of specific job experience with a HS diploma may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree requirement for this job. This experience is in addition to the relevant years of experience listed with the job’s education requirements.
