The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics and Inventory Management, and Product/ Performance Quality Management.Required Skills Needed:

SAP S/4HANA Technical and Functional skill with client facing experience.

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data architecture (Master and Reference).

Familiarity with integration parameters and how to test them across multiple workstreams.

Team player with ability to take instructions and ask applicable question.

Constructive communication skill and relatable demeanor with IT, and business team.

Very independent, able to work efficiently remote and open to occasional travel as needed.

This is currently an Individual contributor role with significant scope leading cross-organizational teams with key partners across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Forecast-to-Stock, Tax and Trade.

This position will report into the Forecast to Stock Global Process owner (Tower Lead) who is the business decision-maker empowered to decide how this process will work to support the Business Unit and its End-to-End operational goals and objectives.

Design and Decision Making:

Lead and own the design and decision-making process within your designated processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process designs align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Documentation and Approval:

Review and approve Business Process Design Documents (BPD) that outline process designs, in collaboration with L2, L3, and L4 process flows.

Provide inputs, review, and approve Solution Design Decisions to ensure alignment with business needs.

Review and approve FIT-GAP analysis, including the RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) list.

Contribute to and approve data migration approaches that safeguard data integrity.

Review and approve security roles and controls for process-specific requirements.

Provide inputs and approval for analytics requirements related to your processes.

Assess and approve change impacts resulting from process modifications.

Spring Planning: Collaborate with the project team to provide inputs into

Sprint plans, ensuring alignment with process goals and timelines.The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

A successful candidate must possess:

Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively Connect the dots between multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously in conjunction with program leads. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities.

Facilitates and leads business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to be solution state and ultimately write a solution design document to support Architecture document based on Business Requirements.

Willingness to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making.

Strong familiarity with Industry standard process and tools used to deliver best in class operational performance.

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor´s degree and 5+ years of semiconductor and/ or foundry experience.

6+ years of experience with SAP ERP S4, Blue Yonder, MES

9+ experience in any of the following:

Supply chain business transformation, process improvement, change management and leading a highly matrixed collaborative team.

Experience with Executive and/ or Management level communication across Stakeholders on status, actions, risks, and mitigation.

Knowledge of FTS's domain, industry-standard processes, and challenges: The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics, and Inventory Management.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in any of the following:

Advanced knowledge and track record of Business Solution Development in semiconductor supply and demand planning.

Knowledge of advanced problem solving and business process mapping.

Operation experience Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning.

Scenario KPI comparison, creating and managing business measures, and other business requirements.

Hands-on experience in Forecast to Stock and SAP - ERP implementations, and process design with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development.

Technical and Data Architecture understanding.

Supply Chain demand planning and contracting, accounts payable, stakeholder collaboration and risk management.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
