We are a popular Izakaya style Japanese restaurant located right on Kapahulu avenue serving up Yakitori and traditional Japanese dishes. Our hours of operation are from 5pm-10pm Monday-Thursday, and 5pm-1am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
We are looking for a cook for late night service!
Part time.
You'd be working from 10pm to around 1:30am, friday, saturday and sunday.
Previous kitchen experience is highly preferred but not necessary.
Willing to train the right person.
Your job would include making ramen, udon, salads, katsu, various japanese dishes, using the deep fryer, keeping a clean station, some easy prep work like slicing lemons, onions, etc. and assisting the chef.
