We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have broad maintenance and repair experience to ensure our facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment.
Deliver propane and refuel equipment for food trucks.
Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs as needed.
Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or improvement projects.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar trade role.
Strong working knowledge of : electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
Proficiency in using tools, meters, and logic controllers for troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Must be able to lift 75+ pounds safely.
Clean driving record required.
