Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook lunch and dinner menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
