As the first point of contact for our guests, the AM Host/Hostess plays a vital role in setting the tone for a welcoming and extraordinary dining experience. You will greet guests with a warm smile, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless seating process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with aloha and ensure they feel valued and welcome.
Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant's booking system.
Maintain an organized and efficient seating chart to optimize flow and guest experience.
Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to accommodate special requests and ensure smooth operations.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus.
