Seeking an energetic, hardworking, experienced candidate or a candidate looking to step into an Executive housekeeping management role; If thats you, then call and/ or respond asap! As a working assistant manager, your responsible for motivating a department focused on quality cleaning, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. You will have the opportunity to assist in building and leading a motivated, high-performing team while assisting our Executive Housekeeper in managing inventory, expenses, and procedural compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Leading, develop, and inspire a housekeeping team through effective hiring, training, and performance management.

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and be a hands-on team player.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Monitor expenses and maintain budget control, including optimizing labor and supply costs.

Step in to clean guest units when needed to maintain operations and minimize expenses.

Address guest/owner requests and resolve concerns promptly.

Collaborate with engineering on maintenance issues.

- Collaborate w/ Exec Hskpr on department improvements and increased department efficiency’s.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in a similar housekeeping or management role.

Education: 2+ years of post-high school education preferred.

Leadership: Proven ability to build and motivate a successful team.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Hands-On: Willingness to contribute directly to housekeeping tasks when necessary.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (RDP preferred).

Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and ensure quality standards.

Flexibility: Availability for weekends, holidays, and travel.
