About the Position:
We have an immediate full-time opening for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our supervisory team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department under the leadership of the Director of the Perfect Paradise Program (PPP). As part of the management team, you will assist in overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and coordinating schedules and special projects. You will also be expected to step into a leadership role when needed, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or luxury property setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Ability to adjust schedules and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and inventory management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively provide feedback and coordinate with other departments.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and manage overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements & Health Disclaimer:
This position requires physical activity and the ability to perform various tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying, and moving equipment and supplies. The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds and being actively engaged in managing the team and assisting with housekeeping tasks as needed.

Work Schedule & Flexibility:
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Typical shifts are between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional 10-hour shifts. Schedules may fluctuate based on business needs, staffing adjustments, or special projects.
About the Money and Benefits:
During the initial 90-day training period, the starting pay will be $33 per hour increasing up to $35 per hour after successfully completing the training period. Annual salary increases are given based on exceptional work performance thereafter.
