Fork & Salad Kihei is hiring an assistant kitchen manager to execute food for both the restaurant and the catering business. Fork & Salad is a fast casual restaurant that serves salads, sandwiches, soups and more. We also cater the food for Sail Maui and must prepare and drop off throughout the day.
The assistant kitchen manager will be responsible for covering the kitchen managers days off, assisting in ordering, inventory, drop off, prep, dishes, hiring and training of the back of house.
Hours will be 5am-1pm, 5 days a week.
Must have a drivers license, good driving record, prep experience and reliable transportation to work.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour AFTER TIPS
