Assistant manager wanted for small mom & pop smoothie shop.
Must have critical thinking ability, be highly motivated & have excellent people skills, attention to detail & a fast learner.
In addition to everything the rest of the staff does, which includes customer service, food prep, making all menu items in a consistently high quality manner, must be able to lift 50 lbs etc… the assistant manager will also be responsible for pick up & deliveries, inventory ordering, be responsible for the staff maintaining cleanliness of the shop, overseeing staff with quality control etc…, scheduling conflicts, filling in if no one available, being responsible for staff training, & handling any problems when manager is not there. Will be working closely with managers & have clear communication.

Starting pay $19 an hour
Trial & training period 7-12 days, UNPAID. If hired, a sign on bonus depending on duration of trial period, will be paid out over 2 pay cycles.
