We are seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager.

Responsible for assisting in the management of operations for the restaurant, kitchen, and brewery.
Responsible for assisting in achieving planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant by implementing, managing, and enforcing company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Assists in directly supervising all non-exempt employees during the restaurant's operating hours.
Accountable for assisting in the administration and operations to ensure the execution of all employee duties, guaranteeing maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
Reports directly to the General Manager.
Required Key Qualifications
Proven leader and achiever with a track record of success in fast-paced environments, possessing two or more years of management experience in a full-service restaurant setting.
Excellent supervisory, communication, and guest service skills are required.
Computer literate in MS Office Applications.
