The guy will be very rude and condescending to you. He will yell at you and treat you like crap. He will show you everything you already know! And then he will make you feel like a loser for not doing it perfectly over and over.
This guy should not have a restaurant. He is a horrible manager! He has ONE cook, because everyone quits. The last guy lasted 3days. I was abused for 5 days. ABUSED. He makes it clear he doesn't care about employees period!
