Aurum Maui is restaurant in Wailea focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork. We are currently looking for Dishwashers and Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team.
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish station and BOH areas
Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Assist with trash, recycling, and general kitchen cleanliness
Support prep and kitchen team as needed
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-first attitude
Kitchen experience a plus, but not required
Line Cook
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items to Aurum standards with consistency and care
Proper station setup, breakdown, and sanitation
Follow recipes, prep lists, and service standards
Communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH team
Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times
Qualifications:
Line cook or strong prep experience preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations preferred
Ability to work clean, organized, and under pressure
Professional attitude and desire to grow
