Come join our team ! be part of a growing and well established artisan bakery.
The Baker position must have experience in a production bakery.
Experience in Artisan breads , mixing , forming , fermentation.
Must be able to read and understand recipes, basic mathematical skills to understand percentages, maintain proper production pars and concistency of all baked goods .
Be a team player and all hands on when needed , able to multitask.
Reliable, hardworking, able to work quickly during busy times , able to stand for long periods and able to lift 50lbs , knowledge of bakery equipment.
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with us.
This is a full time position, must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
