The Crouching Lion is a premier restaurant offering modern Hawaiian cuisine with Asian and American influences. We’re looking for a motivated Baker's Assistant to support our bakery team in crafting fresh breads, pastries, and desserts for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bakery Chef in the preparation of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Monitor baking times and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
