Guests will enjoy perfectly paired cocktails and wines with our exquisite entrees, signature libations, and a variety of refreshing mocktails. Our venue promises a lively atmosphere with live music on the weekends, private venue options, and Sunday brunch. FOH Team Members:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly aloha demeanor.
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Accurately take and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas.
BOH Team Members:
Prepare high-quality dishes according to Chef Cidney's standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Ensure all food items are stored and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes.
Qualifications:
Required:
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work Sunday morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
