Bar Manager – High-Volume Craft Cocktail Bar & Beer Garden (Full-Time)
We're hiring a Bar Manager for our fast-paced, high-volume craft cocktail bar and beer garden. This is a leadership role for someone with extensive classic cocktail knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team both behind the bar and on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and cost cocktail and beverage menus
Oversee inventory, ordering, and bar costing
Maintain beverage consistency and quality
Hire, train, and lead the bar team
Create and manage the weekly bar staff schedule
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
Work two bar shifts per week
Serve as floor manager for additional shifts
What We’re Looking For:
Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail history, and technique
Strong background in beverage costing and inventory systems
Experience training and mentoring bar staff
Previous scheduling and hiring experience
Clear communicator and hands-on leader
Committed to hospitality and team culture
Compensation & Benefits:
$52,000/year salary
Health coverage after 90 days
Bonus structure based on monthly beverage sales after 60 days
