Midnight Bear Breads is reopening soon in Lawai! We are hiring for all front and back of house positions. Looking for friendly, Reliable individuals to work in a fast paced environment, with a willingness to learn. Experience preferred, but not required.
Open Positions:
Counter Salesperson & Baristas: check out customers and provide excellent customer service, package up order, restock counter, make a variety of espresso drinks to order with consistency and care.
Bakers: Cut and shape bread and croissants, top pastries, follow recipes to make doughs and fillings, work with head baker.
Cooks: make a variety of sandwiches and breakfast & lunch items to order in a quick and consistent manner.
Dishwasher & Prep Cook: wash dishes and cleanup stations. assist cook and bakers with prep as needed.
Delivery Driver & Product Packager: label and bag all bread to be delivered to wholesale accounts. Drive between Lawai and Princeville delivering products on Wednesday and Friday.
Farmers Market Salesperson: Saturdays in Puhi until 12pm.
Compensation:
$17-$26/hour starting pay, plus tips (all positions get portion of tip pool). Tips average $30-$100/ shift additional to hourly pay.
