Bobby V's Bourbon and Ale House is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Check identification to ensure customers meet age requirements for alcohol consumption.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay updated on current drink trends and recommend new ideas to enhance the bar menu.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, engaging in friendly conversation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bartender.
Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation standards.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Blue Card from the Kauai Liquor Control Commission.
