- Previous relevant experience in a lively setting
- Knowledgeable about common/advanced cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for hospitality
- Cool under pressure and adept at multitasking
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness and professionalism
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs
