Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated Bussers/Food Runners/Barbacks to join our team. As a Busser/Food Runner/Barback you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food and beverage delivery and exceptional customer service in our establishment.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
- Assist in food preparation and handling when necessary
- Deliver food orders to customers promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with servers to coordinate food delivery to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running station
- Adhere to food safety standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
