Are you the talented, enthusiastic, adaptive, and dynamic Chef to lead our team? Do you possess the drive and creativity to help our company grow?
As a key member of the management team, the Chef should not only display sound cooking skills and outstanding leadership but should also be an organized, passionate team leader with at least 2 years of management-level chef experience. Responsible for supervising back of house restaurant staff and for management collaboration with the General Manager, Bar Manager, Front of House Manager, and ownership. The ideal candidate for this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with staff and effectively using downtime. Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a culinary orientation and commitment to company values and innovation. The ability to help your team grow and succeed along with fluency in word, excel, Microsoft office, financial reporting, and effective communication are required. As are menu development, cost analysis and the ability to identify, and execute operational efficiencies.
