Chef/Kitchen Manager Job Description
The Ranch is looking for a creative, talented, energetic and experienced Chef looking for a fun and rewarding challenge. The Ranch is a new Waterfront Restaurant in East Oahu with an additional Commercial Kitchen preparing cuisine for multiple eateries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong work ethic. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food to order
- Create unique dishes and specials
- Ensure proper execution, procedures and plating
- Manage kitchen inventory
- Ordering and Receiving
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
