Job Title: Shift Lead (Hourly Supervisor)
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience required: Minimum 1 full year of Supervisor or Lead experience.
Compensation: $20 hourly plus tip pool (tip pool is $5-$8 hourly additional)
Increase to $21 hourly after 90-day probationary period and positive employment review.
$19 wage during Team Member shifts (Lead must train for all Team Member stations).
Work schedule: 5 days per week required
6.5-7 hour shifts for team member shifts, 7-8 hour shifts for Shift Lead shifts.
Approximate 35 hours total (with option to pick up extra shifts)

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and responsible Hourly Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Hourly Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining high standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Ensure all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
Assist in training and overseeing new staff members.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Assist with shift schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
Assist with cash handling and daily supervisor reporting.
Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
Weekend availability required.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, 1 year minimum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
