Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Food Preparation
Must be familiar with all menu items
Maintains quality of food product and ensures consistency in food preparation, storage and standards
Provide quality food product that ensures guest satisfaction
Excellent Teamwork
General cleaning duties and willingness to assist chef in any area needed
Qualifications:
Sauté, Grill and/or Pantry Cook experience preferred and/or experienced with general kitchen duties at least 1-3 year. Fine Dining experience is a plus.
Be familiar with contemporary culinary techniques
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting manipulating moderately heavy objects such as steam tables, food processors, ovens
Frequent washing of hands and maintenance of cleanliness and neatness
Be presentable and good hygiene
Food Safe Certified preferred but could be provided
