We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential for ensuring exceptional customer service, effective team management, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be committed to representing our brand in line with our values.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Help train, develop, and mentor team members in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory control, and POS system management (Toast)
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality control.
Be proficient in all FOH positions and be able to help our or cover as needed
$25/hr plus tips, employee meal program, health insurance for F/T employees. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Opportunity for growth available!
