Dean & DeLuca Hawaii is known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
-Safely operating company vehicles to deliver catering, deli, bakery, and merchandise items.
-Loading and unloading items with care and attention to detail.
-Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to designated locations.
-Verifying order accuracy before loading and unloading.
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
-Adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
-Communicating effectively with managers and staff to coordinate schedules.
-Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries.
-Reporting vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly.
-Assisting with warehouse and in-store tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
-Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
-Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to verify orders accurately.
-Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods (preferred).
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
