-Able and willing to take direction from the Executive & Sous Chef and execute correctly
-Work well with others in a team environment
-Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
-Consistant, positive attitude
-Must be punctual and maintain high attendance
-Must be flexible with scheduling and hours.
