We have an indoor & outdoor space that can accommodate up to 150 guests seated, featuring floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that frame Diamond Head effortlessly.
EVENT CATERING CHEF POSITION SUMMARY:
The right candidate for this exceptional opportunity will be able to exhibit passion for excellence, culinary vision, flair for service, and lifestyle. This candidate will lead culinary vision for all event related F&B operations housed in a hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Event & Catering Chef will primarily be responsible for the successful execution of all event cuisine. It is their responsibility to ensure that the quality of food and service is the best of the best during their shift and ensure a seamless transition between kitchen staff throughout the day. The right candidate is actively willing to assist the restaurant culinary team when they are busy and or when there are no events. Planning, preparations, ordering, butchering, inventory, management, and working in the line will be an integral part of daily tasks.
