Our Hospitality division is growing, and we are hiring for various on-call positions for upcoming events. These positions are ON-CALL as work is based on when there are events and are perfect for those who are already working and/or looking for a flexible schedule.
We are immediately hiring Janitors and housekeepers to work in our Hospitality Division. No experience is necessary. If you have a great working attitude, are customer service-oriented, and enjoy cleaning, we want to hear from you.
Janitors / Housekeepers help maintain brand cleaning standards for a beautiful facility that is home to concerts, meetings, conventions, sporting events, and much more. It is centrally located in the Ala Moana, Waikiki area, conveniently located on the bus and bike lines, and has plenty of parking.
Great second job or perfect for those seeking nights and/or weekend work. Shifts will vary.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
-Sweep, mop and maintain floor surfaces.
-Empty and maintain trash receptacles.
-Vacuum and maintain carpeted surfaces.
-General dusting and wiping of surfaces.
-Clean, sanitize and stock restroom facilities.
-Move trash dumpsters and operate trash compactor.
-Process recycled materials including sorting, hauling and bailing.
-Stock and maintain cleanliness or storage rooms and janitor closets.
-Use handheld 2-way radio for communication.
-Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements:
-Must be able to read, write and comprehend English effectively
-Must be able to lift 20lbs
-Must be able to work outdoors
-Must be able to use a handheld radio
-Must be able to walk for long periods of time, lift, bend, kneel, carry, stand for majority of the shift.
