Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Baker to join our team in a very busy tourist destination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods to meet the high demand of our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cookies, and other specialty items.
2. Ensure all baking operations comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
3. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, and restock as necessary.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking equipment and work area.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and service.
6. Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure they are visually appealing.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Baker.
2. Excellent understanding of baking techniques and principles.
3. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
6. Good understanding of food safety regulations.
7. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy goods.

Starting off Part-Time with the possibility of Full-Time. We have a daily/yearly profit sharing plan that all our employees are part of. One week paid vacation and bonus's throughout the year. Daily tips will add another $5-$10 to your per hour pay grade.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
