Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Menu Execution: Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation, adhering to our menu specifications.
Line Management: Work efficiently on the line during peak service times, coordinating with other cooks and kitchen staff.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food products, and notifying management of low stock levels.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Adaptability: Adjust cooking techniques and recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for food and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits:
Competitive pay ($20-$22/hr + tips depending on experience. Reevaluated after 60 days) Will average $30/hr or more.
