As a Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to uphold our standards of excellence while leading our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality
Ensure efficient restaurant operation
Maintain safety, food quality and customer service standards
Lead by example and encourage our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment
Assist in delivering superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
Organize and supervise shifts
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience
Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge
Working knowledge of basic computer skills
Excellent communications skills

Organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Patience and Composure
Weekend and holiday availability required
Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
