Job descriptions:
Host
The host position is responsible for greeting guests, maintaining a waitlist, answering the phones for to go orders or other inquiries. Host are the first face of the restaurant and should be comfortable in a high volume environment.
Busser
The bussing position is responsible for clearing tables and resetting them. Supporting servers with bringing up clean cups, utensils, and ice.
Cook
The cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. Must be able to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, as well as have good communication and team work skills.
Pay
Host $12.75 plus tips
Cook $16-$20 plus tips
Busser $12.75 plus tips
