Fork and Salad Kihei is looking for an Assistant Manager!
Established in 2016 by the owners of Three's Bar & Grill, Fork & Salad thrives to bring fresh local ingredients to the Maui community as fast and affordable as possible. Our Kihei location also caters for boat trips out of Ma'alaea and our GM must oversee all aspects of the catering operation and restaurant. We prefer someone with kitchen or chef experience.

Responsibilities include:
-Minimum 40 hours worked per week in restaurant, 8am - 4pm
-Maintain and oversee all operations
-Ensure quality control
-Hire and train new staff
-Write orders
-Maintain food and labor cost
-Ensure company mission & business principles are being followed
Requirements:
-Must have minimum 2 years of restaurant management
